The Cook Islands operates an Open Register for Ships and Yachts. Maritime Cook Islands performs the Flag State responsibilities on behalf of the Cook Islands Ministry of Transport. Registrations are compliant with the Cook Islands Maritime Legislation and IMO Conventions.
