Jennifer A. Davis, Esq., CEO

A recognized authority on asset protection as well as international trust and financial services, Jenner Davis brings a unique perspective to her role with the Cook Islands Financial Services Development Authority. Beginning in the 1990s when she was a law fellow researching the effects of an international finance industry on a developing economy, Jenner has been contributing to the Cook Islands financial industry.

Following law school, Jenner worked with two Cook Islands trust companies and then created her own business to promote international trust and financial services. She brought a unique perspective to client situations. Jenner advised attorneys, advisors, and clients on the optimal structures for their situation, backed by years of experience working from the perspective of the international service providers. Jenner managed complex international corporate transactional work and structured wealth management strategies for businesses and high net worth individuals.

In her role as CEO, Jenner is charged with growing the Cook Islands international financial services industry and promoting the jurisdiction to new markets. She also acts as a liaison between the Cook Islands government and financial services industry.

Jenner graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, Master of Business Administration from University of Notre Dame, and Juris Doctor from Fordham University.

Admitted to the New York State Bar, Jenner is also a member of the American Bar Association and is a frequent speaker on international trust and financial services topics. She is currently the President of the Cook Islands Business and Professional Women's Association.
